  • Where is the store based?

  • I still have a few questions before I buy something...

    Not a problem. If you can't find the answer to your questions here in the FAQ, or anywhere else on our site, don't hesitate to send an email or contact us via one of the social networking sites we're on (@YODISign). We will do our best to answer any and all questions you may have.

  • Do you sell any other chainmaille items other than jewelry?

    We sure do. The awesome thing about chainmaille is the endless list of possibilities. Chainmaille can be woven into chains (for jewelry, etc), "sheets" that can be manipulated just like fabric to make clothing and other apparel, or formed into sculptures for home decor and countless other items.

    To give you an idea of the possibilities, we can create the following (and much more!): clothing, purses, pouches, keychains, chessboards, hanging lanterns, book covers, phone cases, and so on and so forth.

  • Where can I see all current/past designs?

    I keep myself very busy, constantly producing new designs, and often find it hard to keep my online inventory up-to-date. Typically, there are many more pieces available... if you visit our facebook fan page at http://facebook.com/theYODISign , you can click on the photos tab for a full range of available styles and designs.

    YODISign always welcomes custom orders! If you see something you like but want a slightly different finished product, don't hesitate to send a message to [email protected] with the details of your request; you'll receive a response email with a time and price quote for your requested item, along with any questions to help create the exact item you have in mind.

  • I saw a design I like, but want to change something (color, size, etc)... is that possible?

    Absolutely! In fact, a large percentage of our sales are from custom-made pieces. YODISign strives to create wearable art that showcases your unique flair; what better way to do that than to allow a little customization.

  • What kinds of materials are used to make the jewelry?

    Most items in our shop are made with anodized aluminum because it provides a rich color palette to work with, is lightweight and durable, and we can offer our items at extremely affordable prices. However, We are supplied with various qualities of metal, beads, gemstones, and findings. Just because you don't see a silver version of the earrings you love, it doesn't mean we can't make it. While the price will obviously change if you want to upgrade to sterling silver/silver-plated/gold/etc, we understand that skin sensitivity and/or allergies may prevent you from wearing certain metals... so, we will not charge you any additional fees for requesting a custom piece. Email YODISign to hear more information about our materials and other inquiries.

  • How can I place a custom order?

    While we work on launching our online shop and customizing features within the store, we ask that you email us with your request. Try to include as many details as possible and any source images that showcase certain desired features/styles/etc. We will get back to you as soon as we can and include any additional details we may need. From there, the artist will correspond with you to design the piece you're looking for.

  • Do you offer any deals or discounts?

    Of course. Most of the items in our shop are qualified for volume discounts! If you see several pieces you want to add to your collection, but don't see an option for multiple-item discounts, just ask. If we don't have a deal set up, we may be willing to tailor a deal just for you.
    Exact discounts/percentages may vary depending on the style or individual pieces.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! YODISign ships internationally. Additional shipping expenses may apply.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
